Cloud applications and storage can be very helpful and economical for small businesses. We will ensure that your information is secure, easily accessed and restorable. We will help with deciding what to put in the cloud and what not to put in the cloud. Even with cloud applications, you still have on-site IT needs such as support for all of your hardware, printers, e-mail and internet service.

That’s great! We will coordinate with them as your point person. We will support and guide them when they have questions or problems and we can provide coverage when they are out of the office or working in other areas of your business.

We are infrastructure specialists. We have had several customers try out IT support services from other vendors only to find that, while the service description is the same, the quality is not and their staff spend too much time trying to fix issues. We are not copier or phone specialists trying to provide network support as an add-on service - we specialize in small business networks.

  • With our On-Demand service, you choose what services you need and when you need them. You are billed at our low hourly rate.
  • Our Desktop Package is perfect if you are looking for coverage for one or two computers rather than a network. This package provides comprehensive 24x7 monitoring and alerts, standard maintenance and unlimited help desk support. For one affordable monthly price, your device is protected and maintained while you have access to support whenever you need us.
  • Our Network Package is designed for small businesses with a network. This is our most economical package and provides the same comprehensive services as our Desktop Package for all of your servers and workstations and makes budgeting for IT services easy. Your monthly price is based on the number of servers and workstations to be covered.

Support Packages

Our Desktop and Network packages are designed to cover routine maintenance, management and support of all your computers, servers, mobile devices and printers. New hardware, software and network configuration changes would not be included.
